Como os \u00eambolos das seringas usados no sistema DIY PRP s\u00e3o cortados e modificados para caber dentro de uma centr\u00edfuga, uma esta\u00e7\u00e3o de processamento foi projetada para facilitar a manipula\u00e7\u00e3o da veda\u00e7\u00e3o de borracha do \u00eambolo. Todo o dispositivo \u00e9 projetado em torno de um mecanismo de cremalheira e pinh\u00e3o vertical que \u00e9 capaz de acionar o \u00eambolo interno girando um bot\u00e3o na lateral do dispositivo. Esta\u00e7\u00e3o de Processamento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que o sistema DIY PRP funcione como pretendido, as seringas de 60 mL devem ser feitas para caber nos baldes oscilantes da centr\u00edfuga, modificando-as ligeiramente. O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tinkercad.com\/things\/9uvB10COu0S-diy-prp-processing-station?sharecode=cv2eiiWcocSeJBO4iDV7tmDS4yqTgGs7ZPobkhz0P_A\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.tinkercad.com\/things\/7pg5A73LbJH-diy-variable-angle-centrifuge?sharecode=GlEvxM7AyeC593dXqyHXF1x_x9O2jSDEVfgmpU5lf8Y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>projeto CAD<\/strong><\/a> est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tinkercad.com\/things\/9uvB10COu0S-diy-prp-processing-station?sharecode=cv2eiiWcocSeJBO4iDV7tmDS4yqTgGs7ZPobkhz0P_A\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.tinkercad.com\/things\/7pg5A73LbJH-diy-variable-angle-centrifuge?sharecode=GlEvxM7AyeC593dXqyHXF1x_x9O2jSDEVfgmpU5lf8Y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>TinkerCAD<\/strong><\/a> para quem estiver interessado em reproduzir o design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O material escolhido para o modelo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o foi alum\u00ednio billet com espessura de 10 mm e um bloco \u00fanico de pelo menos 40 mm de espessura. O custo total do alum\u00ednio n\u00e3o deve ultrapassar R$ 250. A placa base pode ser cortada de a\u00e7o, para aumentar o peso da esta\u00e7\u00e3o de processamento na bancada e economizar o custo de uso do alum\u00ednio. As paredes da esta\u00e7\u00e3o de processamento s\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio de 10 mm. Tanto o corte a laser quanto a usinagem CNC s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios para fabricar este design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este design permite a modifica\u00e7\u00e3o e a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de um mecanismo separado de cremalheira e pinh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Crit\u00e9rios de Design<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Custo-Efetividade:<\/strong> O custo total de R$ 2.500 \u00e9 significativamente menor do que as alternativas comerciais, que podem chegar a R$ 10.000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Facilidade de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio nas fabrica\u00e7\u00f5es reduz a dificuldade de usinagem e acabamento das pe\u00e7as individuais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desempenho:<\/strong> O desempenho \u00e9 determinado pela contagem de dentes e tamanho dos dentes do mecanismo de cremalheira e pinh\u00e3o e n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma medida fixa. Uma op\u00e7\u00e3o mais econ\u00f4mica foi projetada que requer trabalhar com MDF composto de 15 mm e algumas ferramentas manuais b\u00e1sicas para modificar algumas das pe\u00e7as.
